Residential Conveyancing Technical Advisor

I am seeking applications from experienced Residential Conveyancers as I have an exciting opportunity with my York based client. The role is a non-fee earning role which involves lots of assisting fee earners with their technical queries, undertaking title checking and coaching team members in their work. Salary is circa £20-23,000

You will be employed in the Residential Conveyancing department of this full service regional firm, working as part of a team, title checking both freehold and leasehold files, signing off files for completion and dealing with technical queries from your colleagues. The ability to coach and mentor is essential for this role.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Residential Conveyancer who has worked in a volume conveyancing environment. They will have a good understanding of freehold and leasehold transactions, unregistered and new build transactions and ideally have some experience of shared ownership.
