Our client, a premier global financial services leader, is seeking a motivated individual with considerable experience in capital markets and international finance and/or experience in loan workout/restructuring. Administration of defaulted bond issues will also be an advantage.
You will assist on and manage each affected transaction, serving as the primarily interface with external and internal counsel and higher management and is responsible above all to ensure the Bank fulfils its fiduciary duties as set forth in the governing transaction documents.
Experience essential for the position:
oyou must be highly motivated, organized and detail oriented
oexcellent oral and written communication skills.
oa university degree/qualification (preferably in law or finance)
