This top tier law firm are looking for an experienced legal secretary to join their float team in Wellington. Based in state of the art offices located moments from Wellington's stunning harbour you will be providing support to different teams during periods of absences and higher work loads. Your duties will include document preparation, digital dictation, maintaining and updating files and arranging meetings. As a float your role will always be varied and you will get a chance to work with different authors and further your experience in different areas of the law. This role would suit a friendly, calm and adaptable secretary who enjoys working under pressure and has excellent typing skills and advanced Microsoft Word skills. If you enjoy floating, hate Mondays and want to travel at the weekends then this is the role for you.
