Wealth Structuring Legal Business Partner - Job Description
A multi national Bank which provides private banking, asset management, stock broking, offshore banking, wealth structuring and financial planning services to affluent, high net worth and intermediary clients worldwide. With nearly £85 billion of client assets under management, offices in 18 countries, the firm employs over 7,700 people and has the support of it’s AA rated parent bank with a balance sheet of over £560 billion. Are seeking an experienced individual to lead the team providing expert legal advice and legal risk management on estates, trusts, powers of attorney and will writing. To act as legal business partner to the Wealth Structuring business.
Additional Requirements:
Role holder should have a strong academic grounding and hold and maintain professional qualifications that are the equivalent of an English solicitor with at least 7 years relevant post qualification experience.
