A range of litigation solicitors is required for this top 20 law firm to handle an insurance fraud caseload. Insurance fraud experience is not essential but you must be comfortable with the civil procedure rules.

These insurance litigation roles sit across a range of accounts which are all household names within the insurance sector. These are flagship teams within a department seen to be leading the way within insurance fraud. They are looking for strong litigators, with a demonstrable grasp of the CPR, to pick up a caseload of suspected fraudulent claims with the appropriate levels of supervision and training.

Many of the claims are RTA focused however opportunities also exist on the casualty teams for those with previous employer's liability and public liability experience. Previous experience of fraud is not expected but the expectation is that you have appetite to learn this area of law. Depending on your litigation background you might be put on a delegated authority team or a ringed fraud team handling the more organised or complex claims.

The types of personal injury work you would be handling range from minimal impact cases, phantom passengers, contrived claims, semi-staged / staged claims to grossly exaggerated claims.
