Our client is one of the largest probate company's specialising in Wills and Probate. They have urgent need to recruit a lawyer or experienced legal executive to join a team of a further 4 lawyers, together with 100 other fee-earners. The role will be to oversee a caseload of high calibre probate work and deal with legal issues regarding the administration of the Estates. There is also a strong coaching and training element to the role, enhancing the probate knowledge of the fee-earners. There is limited face-to-face client contact in the role, although you will be asked to contribute to the bereavement helpline. The office is a smart modern office in an accessible location. This role is offered on a temp to perm basis.
