4 year to Senior Associate - Melbourne

We are looking for a solicitor to join the IP litigation practice of our dynamic Intellectual Property & Technology (“IPT”) team.

You may be an experienced lawyer already practising in IP litigation who is looking for the challenges and opportunities our highly regarded practice can provide you. Or you may currently be working in commercial litigation but have an interest in developing a specialisation in IP. We are committed to providing the right candidate with quality training to give you the skills to be a successful member of our team.

You will have:

- excellent analytical, drafting, communication and research skills
- initiative and strong commitment to client service
- team focus
- good commercial judgment and attention to detail
- enthusiasm to be involved in business development activities.

You will have recognised litigation experience gained in a similar environment and enjoy working as part of a committed team.

About the team:

Our IP litigation practice is a part of our multi-disciplined IPT team. The IPT team covers a range of contentious and non-contentious legal work in both the IT and IP areas. We work collaboratively across the IT and IP parts of the practice to achieve the best results for our clients. We pride ourselves on our teamwork and friendly working environment.

In this role you will work closely with Natalie Hickey, a partner in the team.
