Our client has an exciting opportunity for a two years post qualified Solicitor to join their rapidly growing team.
Working within this multi-national firm will add an extra dimension. You will be dealing with clients ranging from FTSE 100s, the FTSE 350, AIM and private companies to global corporates.
Primarily assisting the Associate in the London office, this is a team that works on a national basis and you will therefore be involved in projects emanating from all over the United Kingdom.
You will possess two years post qualified experience and be able to ‘hit the ground running’. You will be able to ‘hold your own’ within this established team and above all you will need to possess a real ‘can do’ attitude.
With experience in share scheme transactional you will have a good understanding of the underlying tax legislation surrounding employee incentives.
