INTRODUCTION AND BACKGROUND TO LAW SUPPORT
Law Support was established in July 1997 to provide quality legal support staff.
Our primary aim is to deliver a quality service which will release clients from the burden of pre-selection and offer candidates a range of carefully chosen opportunities. Our philosophy is that we should listen to and look after all our clients and candidates alike, and offer a totally bespoke service tailored to individual needs.
Nine years on, Law Support has grown to a team of twenty four, each consultant providing expertise in one of the following areas: Secretaries, Human Resources & Training, Facilities/General Office, Reprographics, Marketing, Accounts, IT and Paralegal & Fee-Earners. Within these fields we offer a range of solutions to your recruitment needs from Permanent to Temporary and Contract, from junior to senior level, resulting in a bespoke service from a niche legal consultancy.

The senior members of Law Support have between them many years of legal recruitment experience and each remain active recruiters. As a result, our consultants benefit from expert knowledge of the legal market. This together with our decision to take a more consultative stance has defined our code of practice, which over time has proven itself, as demonstrated by our consistent success and low fall-out ratio. This proven track record has in turn led to long-standing relationships with both clients and candidates and within our own workforce.
Law Support has grown from 2 to 24 employees over the last nine years. It is a stated aim of the Directors and embraced by the employees of Law Support that the business as a whole does not become simply a high volume operation. As we grow, we will continue to provide an excellent level of service and our consultants are given specific training to ensure that our aim is always achieved.
