Accounting Systems Manager

This client is a global powerhouse of a law firm with more than 120 offices and 7000 lawyers. They specialise in a range of areas including Employment and IP.
They are now looking for an Accounting Systems Manager on a permanent basis. 

Responsibilities

Manage a specialist team of Finance System Specialists

Support for the maintenance and development of finance systems

Promote, introduce, install and develop systems that benefit the Accounts Department

Maintain data integrity and their interfaces

Assist with financial and technical data reconciliation

Review, revise and document operating procedures and working practices 

Assist with developing financial systems and procedures 

Provide support for existing bill and cheque templates 

Month-end/ Year-end processing

Oversee installation of a new Business Intelligence system 

Responsible for system audit processes 

Project management for Finance Systems related projects

Candidate Profile

A strong operational accounting background, with broad experience of finance systems and system integrations

Proven stakeholder management and leadership experience 

Advanced knowledge of the Elite Practice Management System 

Knowledge of ARCS/ARCS 2G

Proven SQL skills 

Excellent analytical skills

You will need to be customer focused, flexible, results driven and used to operating in a period of change
