This client is a renowned international law firm, with offices in many locations including USA, Middle East, Far East and Europe. The London branch is ideally located for a number of stations, with beautiful offices, an on-site gym and subsidised staff restaurant.
They are now looking to hire an E-billing Assistant. This is a proactive role, supporting the team to achieve accurate and timely delivery of invoices to clients.
Responsibilities
Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of E-bills, in compliance with SARs
Generating E-billing files
Handling a heavy volume of complex uploads to various intermediary platforms
Maintaining the data held in the E-billing intermediary platforms, predominantly timekeepers and budgets
Carrying out regular reviews of the status of invoices, identifying any rejected invoices
Maintenance of client matters
Identifying and completing the set-up of new matters
Coordinating the submission of information for E-billing clients
Adhering to agreed best practices, policies and processes, whilst adapting to local requirements as necessary
Providing commercial and legislative advice as appropriate
Candidate Profile
Experience in a Law firm environment with experience of E-billing
Able to demonstrate experience of building successful relationships
Advanced Excel skills
Able to advise on system functionality and transactions (AX Dynamics knowledge an advantage)
Able to prioritise workload to meet daily, weekly, monthly and annual deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Flexibility and a willingness to work additional hours when required
