This client is a global powerhouse of a law firm with more than 120 offices and 7000 lawyers. They specialise in a range of areas including Employment and IP, and have beautiful offices based in the City.
They are now recruiting for an Ebilling Coordinator to manage the ebilling process for the firm's clients. This is a permanent role and the successful candidate must have good knowledge of various ebilling portals.
Responsibilities
Checking and uploading bills for clients who require electronic bills.
Generating electronic files and sending to clients via the e-billing hub.
Maintaining timekeeper, matter, rates and invoice data held within the e-billing systems.
First point of contact for Partners, Lawyers, support staff, clients and e-billing vendors.
Liaising with Partners and Lawyers to ensure compliance with systems.
Reviewing ebilling mailbox and arranging for submission of any new invoices.
Liaising with clients to ensure smooth implementation of processes when introducing e-billing.
Attending regular meetings to discuss ebilling issues and best practice.
Assisting with improvements to tracking of ebilled invoices and new ebilled matters
Assisting with the general billing processing at the month end.
Monitoring of matter opening process for clients who require ebilling.
Uploading of bills.
Investigating and resolving all client e-billing system queries and bill rejections.
Training new Fee Earners on client-required matter opening process/compliance.
Candidate Profile
Good knowledge of legal billing and ebilling portals.
Experience in implementing new client e-billing set ups.
Advanced Excel experience.
Experience in manually uploading invoices directly to ebilling portals.
