This client is an international law firm with more than 20 offices across the globe and over 1000 lawyers. The firm has won many awards over the years including International Law Firm of the Year and they have an excellent benefits package.

They are looking for an Assistant Costs Clerk on a permanent basis.  The role holder will be responsible for cost quoting and disbursement review. 

Responsibilities

Cost quote preparation 

Collecting information for and preparation of bid proposals

Providing an efficient costs reporting function

Building relationships with internal stakeholders, including Partners

Working with internal data storage systems for disbursement review

Maintaining the database of a global agent network

Invoice reconciliation

Candidate Profile

Experience working in a similar role, ideally within Intellectual Property 

Good Excel skills, including creating formulas

Attention to detail 

Excellent communication skills at all levels, with the ability to take initiative
