Financial Accountant

This client is an international law firm with nearly 3000 lawyers in offices across Europe, Middle East, Russia & CIS, North & South America, Far East and Australasia. 

Applicants should have previous, relevant industry experience, i.e. have worked in the accounts department of a law firm.  

Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining accurate ledgers and detailed reconciliations

Liaise with auditors and ensure that financial reporting deadlines are met

Assist in the preparation of the annual consolidated partnership accounts and LLP accounts

Responsible for arranging Partner capital loans and the annual capital movements

Reconciliation of individual Partners' current, capital and tax accounts

Candidate Profile

Qualified ACA/ACCA

Excellent Excel skills as well as knowledge of Elite

Knowledge of Proclarity or Pyramid (desirable)

Sound working knowledge of Word

Able to prioritise and multi-task particularly when working to deadlines
