This is a great opportunity to join a market leading intellectually property and dispute resolution team for an award-winning law firm, currently going through an accelerated period of growth. Joining a well-established team, the role will enable you to get heavily involved in the growth of the firm’s key client programme and profile raising work across the practice. 

The Role:
•    Develop and manage tactical business plans for each area of responsibility, holding fee earners accountable for the delivery of client and BD initiatives 
•    Undertake research and analysis to support client targeting and campaigns delivered across the group.
•    Manage industry seminars and client networking events alongside thought leadership campaigns
•    Support and mentor a BD assistant, managing workload across credentials, submissions, profiles and other profile raising activities 

What we’re looking for:
This is a great opportunity to take on an advisory role, and equally assist in developing a junior colleague. As such candidates, will be confident and able to work autonomously across a range of marketing and BD initiatives, and have held responsibility for sector or practice plans and budgets previously. 

Experience of working in a partnership or owner managed business is key (the firm has a track record of hiring from a diverse range of companies), However an understanding and enjoyment of working across the dispute resolution space is paramount, whether that’s in another litigation or arbitration led practice, or a forensic and investigatory team from wider professional services and consulting.
