Bids Executive

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Bid Executives to help drive and develop cross-sector pitches for a leading city law firm.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Project management of firm-wide, cross-sector pitches and panel reviews
•    Work with the BD team to provide seamless global pitch support for global tenders
•    Support specific new business opportunities at practice level, including credentials, fee proposals and presentations
•    Monitor current developments and trends in the legal market
•    Assisting with post pitch feedback
•    Contributing to a library of best practice content and legal directories

Requirements include:
•    good understanding of the sales process and pitch best practice in a professional services firm 
•    Strong academics at degree level 
•    Excellent writing and analytical skills
•    Strong IT literacy
•    Excited to work within a team
•    Previous experience in a partnership environment
•    Excellent organisation and project management skills 
•    Can manage a number of tasks simultaneously and works well under pressure
