We have an exciting opportunity to work with an award winning international law firm here in London. We are looking for a Business Development Executive who will join our highly-regarded practice BD team. The role requires an individual who can work with departments at both a strategic and tactical level, is proactive and client-centric in approach. Whilst previous experience of working within legal practices would be advantageous, we are interested in applications from candidates who have experience gained within the wider corporate or professional services sectors.  

To be successful the candidate will need to:

• Provide advice and day-to-day support to leaders of departments in relation to the wide range of BD initiatives they undertake;
• Work with partners to identify, facilitate, track and monitor the pursuit of significant new business opportunities;
• Develop strong relationships with lawyers in each practice so that they are viewed as a trusted advisor;
• Assist in the implementation of a range of targeting and cross-selling initiatives in support of our departmental and sector focuses;
• Undertake gap analysis and targeting activities;
• Identify topics for thought leadership and design supporting campaigns;
• Liaise with other BD & PSL professionals across the firm.
