My client is a leading international law firm looking to hire a Reward and HR Systems Assistant on a permanent basis.

 

The Reward and HR Systems Assistant will report into the Compensation and Benefits Manager and will play a key role in the administration and implementation of various Reward and Systems processes.

 

The key duties will include:

 

  • Assisting in the flexible benefits scheme and handling any related queries
  • Running monthly benefit and pensions reports for payroll
  • Supporting the annual enrolment process
  • Administering the monthly payroll process
  • Supporting the annual salary and bonus review processes and maintaining any related documents
  • Providing support for the implementation, ongoing maintenance and development of HR systems

 

The Reward and HR Systems Assistant will have at least one year's previous experience supporting reward processes within an HR department, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment, be proficient at using Microsoft Excel and confident working with large volumes of data, have strong communication skills and be able to effectively organise their own workload.
