A leading international law firm based in the heart of the City is looking for a Risk and Compliance Coordinator on a permanent basis.

The Risk and Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for the full administration of the compliance training needs within the firm.

The key duties will include:

  • Organising compliance training and events
  • Enrolling new joiners on e-learning modules and chasing any outstanding individuals
  • Assisting with the rollout of new e-learning modules
  • Maintaining compliance records to ensure they are up to date
  • Contributing towards a high quality compliance service for partners and lawyers
  • Working closely with the risk team to ensure best practice is followed
  • Acting as the first point of contact for compliance queries

The Risk and Compliance Coordinator will be a confident and analytical graduate, who has gained previous administration experience in a law firm or professional services setting. The candidate will have some experience coordinating training sessions for professional courses, be comfortable working with large quantities of data, be computer literate and have the ability to build credibility with stakeholders across the firm.
