A leading international boutique law firm are looking to hire a Recruitment Advisor on a permanent basis in their stunning Central London offices.

The Recruitment Advisor will play a pivotal role in the smooth running of the firm’s day-to-day recruitment needs.

The key duties will include:

  • Liaising with recruitment agencies regarding active roles
  • Arranging interview with both agencies and direct candidates including booking interview rooms
  • Conducting initial telephone interviews and face-to-face interviews alongside hiring managers
  • Working alongside the HR team to ensure the firm’s vacancy pages on the intranet are up to date
  • Producing recruitment reports for HR management
  • Encouraging recruitment best practice across the firm and implementing any improvements
  • Line-managing a Recruitment Assistant
  • Assisting with the graduate recruitment process during the firm's busy season

The Recruitment Advisor will have proven experience of coordinating the recruitment function within a legal environment. They will have excellent organisation and communication skills, bring a methodical approach to problem solving, have experience of leading on interviews and the ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders. A working knowledge of cvMail is highly sought after.
