A pre-eminent global law firm based in the heart of the city is looking to hire a HR Administrator for their award-winning HR team.

The HR Administrator will be responsible for providing first class administrative support to the HR team and selected client groups.

The key duties will include:

  • Overseeing the administration of the joiner and leaver processes for the London office
  • Updating employee information including absences, job changes and secondments
  • Liaising with the Payroll team with any changes
  • Maintaining the HR system and intranet pages
  • Conducting monthly reporting on specified metrics
  • Taking an active involvement in team meetings

The role would a suit a candidate with a strong administrative background, who has spent at least a year working within a legal or professional services HR team. They will have excellent organisational and communication skills and be able to hit the ground running. The confidence to work with senior stakeholders is a must, as is the willingness to go above and beyond. A CIPD qualification would be highly desirable.
