Senior Graduate Recruitment Officer

My client is a leading multinational law firm, based in London city, who are looking to recruit a Senior Graduate Recruitment Officer on a permanent basis.

The Senior Graduate Recruitment Officer will work in the team responsible for recruiting trainee solicitors and students across vacation schemes.  The role will support the Head of Graduate and Trainee Management in overseeing operational duties across the department and will have a high level of contact with Partners.

The key duties will include:

• Developing and improving the graduate recruitment process, alongside the Head of Graduate and Trainee Management.
• Managing and implementing the graduate attraction strategy
• Designing and delivering presentations and workshops.
• Project managing the organisation of assessment days.
• Assisting with work on key diversity initiatives.
• Preparing and managing the team budget.
• Liaising with the Learning & Development team to design and implement the trainee induction programme and professional skills course.

The Senior Graduate Recruitment Officer would a suit a candidate with experience in graduate recruitment, preferably within a legal or professional services environment. You will have supervisory experience and will be committed to working collaboratively with team members, building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships. A flexible approach to work, and an ability to manage workloads in a pressure-filled environment will be key to the success of this role. An understanding of the UK education system will be required.
