A central London specialist Litigation Law Firm, involved in many high-profile legal cases, is looking to hire a HR Coordinator on a permanent basis, to join their well established team.

The HR Coordinator will be involved with the day-to-day operations of the HR team, helping to ensure an efficient, professional, and responsive service is provided to the firm.

The key duties will include:

  • Providing general HR support and assisting with all HR queries
  • Co-managing the starters and leavers processes
  • Producing important employment documentation, including contracts and contractual change letters
  • Preparing monthly payroll processes
  • Report writing and data management from Excel and the HR database
  • Assisting the HR Operations Manager and HR Director on ad hoc projects

The HR Coordinator role would suit a candidate with generalist HR experience in a professional services or legal area. You will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and be able to demonstrate a flexible and team-focused approach to your work. An ability to demonstrate an understanding of employment law and statutory legislation will be expected. CIPD qualification or studying towards it is desirable.
