The Global Head of HRIS will be responsible for leading the selection, development and integration of all HR systems across the firm. The role will work with senior stakeholders and IT to ensure that business solutions are efficiently delivered, leading change management, co-ordinating multi country deployment and managing the build of training and communications.

The key duties will include:

  • Developing and co-ordinating the implementation of a global HRIS strategy across the firm.
  • Providing leadership to the global HRIS team by establishing goals and setting objectives, assigning responsibility, setting priorities, monitoring deadlines and reporting progress.
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of the global HR operational functions and business needs for all HR processes.
