Contracts Manager - Entertainment

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a senior in-house Paralegal to join an international entertainment company and focus on the TV side of their business as a Contracts Manager.

This section of the business is one of the world’s premier entertainment networks, delivering the best quality content and exciting brands to over 150 million viewers in 130 countries.

The Contracts Manager role will be split between management and contracts work, broadly the role will include responsibility for the managing a team of contracts analysts, along with supporting the company’s in house contracts management system and process improvement of the same, contract management and project analysis.

The contracts team as a whole work closely with the company’s legal, sales and finance departments and will operate across the UK, EMEA and Asia Pacific the Contracts Manager will have dual reporting lines to the VP of Legal and Business Affairs and the VP of Operational Finance.

The following attributes are key in order to succeed in this position: prior experience of working with legal contracts; working knowledge of a contracts management system (Medea or similar) and supervisory/management experience. Those educated to LPC level (or equivalent) are preferred.
