Corporate Paralegal - US firm

An excellent opportunity has arisen at the London office of a US law firm for a Corporate Paralegal.

The firm boasts an impressive client base of banks, funds, entrepreneurs and major international businesses and is a real centre of excellent for Funds, M&A, Capital Markets and Tax. The firm is mid-sized, with around 100 fee earners and 150 staff, and has an excellent reputation for both high quality work, being recognised in both Chambers and The Legal 500, and a supportive and entrepreneurial environment.

They are seeking a talented Paralegal who has expertise in one of the above areas, or with mainstream corporate or transactional experience. Experience in a US firm would be ideal, but applications are very welcome from Corporate Paralegals with experience from any highly regarded City firm.

The successful Corporate Paralegal can look forward to a varied and interesting role, with duties ranging from paralegal to trainee as the firm do not have trainee solicitors in their London office.

This is a permanent role, but the firm are seeking a Corporate Paralegal who is of training contract calibre and so is likely to be 1-2 years in duration.
