ISDA Negotiator

A great opportunity has arisen for a Junior ISDA Negotiator to join an international financial consultancy on a temporary basis.

Working on the new margin requirements, you will be responsible for working with one of the consultancy’s major clients to review, draft and negotiate ISDA Master Agreements.

As such, the successful ISDA Negotiator will have a solid understanding of ISDA Master Agreements and following a negotiating playbook. 12 months ISDA experience is a pre-requisite, ideally 12 months’ negotiating experience but those with more review and drafting experience are also encouraged to apply.

Whilst this role will entail working on the upcoming margin regulatory requirements, there is scope to join the consultancy’s legal team on a longer-term basis. As such, project management experience would be beneficial.
