Employment Paralegal – Litigation

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Employment Paralegal to join one of the UK’s largest trade unions and work on a high-profile group action case.

This Employment Paralegal assignment is for 3 months initially but is likely to be extended for a year, and the work will entail assisting the union’s legal team with a high-profile, complex group litigation. Your work will include pre-trial preparation, reviewing documents including correspondence, assisting with witness statements, preparing trial bundles and conducting legal research. As such, the successful Employment Paralegal will have demonstrable class/group action litigation experience and be comfortable dealing with a high volume of documentation. Good Excel skills are also key.

This assignment would suit a paralegal with prior employment law experience and empathy with the aims of a trade union movement.

This position offers a great work/life balance and rates of pay and the assignment is due to commence immanently, so interested applicants need to be available at short notice.
