Paralegal/Project Manager

An excellent opportunity has arisen at a top 10 firm for a Paralegal/Project Manager.

The role sits within the financial services team and encompasses funds, share disclosure, derivatives & FX, lending, banking, securities, corporate finance and also tax. This Paralegal/Project Manager role co-ordinates all updates in regulations, cases, or anything else that may affect the lawyers and the clients.

The updates are produced on a quarterly basis and the Paralegal/Project Manager will be responsible for co-ordinating all international offices to ensure the information is collated and distributed in time.

The firm are seeking a Paralegal/Project Manager who has previous experience with co-ordinating or managing projects, ideally in a law firm, but any professional services environment will be considered. Previous experience in Financial Services is not required, although would be looked at favourably, it is the co-ordination experience that is key.
