Property Paralegal

A great opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Paralegal to join a central London law firm’s market-leading Housing team..

The successful Property Paralegal will have prior Conveyancing experience and be educated to LLB/GDL level.

The successful Property Paralegal will work closely with their supervising Solicitor within the firm’s Securitisation team. Your responsibilities will include identifying Titles, obtaining Official Copy Entries from the Land Registry, carrying out Searches (including pre-completion Land Registry Searches) and dealing with post-completion matters. As such, the ideal Property Paralegal will be able to manage their own caseload.

This is a demanding Property Paralegal role that will require flexibility and the ability to prioritise competing demands successfully.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior Paralegal to join a leading law firm’s extremely busy and successful Social Housing team.

This is initially a six-month contract with the scope for extension beyond that.
