Property Paralegal

A brilliant opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic law graduate to work within a highly respected property practice. The position is a six-month fixed-term contract at a leading London firm.

Working with solicitors on both commercial and residential property matters, the majority of the role will involve preparing documentation for execution by clients, including leasehold and freehold acquisition reports. The scope of clients is widely varied, and the successful candidate will be exposed to work with private individuals, companies, charities as well as high profile organisations.

Previous property experience would be highly desirable, however a strong academic background and the enthusiasm to pursue a career in this area is more sought after. Excellent organisational skills and the confidence to deal with senior colleagues from day one is essential.
