A maternity contract has become available at this outstanding law practice based in the heart of the City. The role will cover UK, EUIPO and international work for high profile clients in a range of sectors: financial services, TMT, life sciences, retail, clothing and accessories. Core work includes search and clearance for new marks; UK, EUTM, RCD and Madrid Protocol filings, other national filings globally via the firm’s international offices and associates and dealing with related registry objections. In particular, the practice is always busy with multiple oppositions and other registry actions (revocations etc.) and with the full range of actions associated with brand conflicts.
