A rare opportunity for an accomplished Trade Mark administrator Assistant/Paralegal to join this iconic global fashion brand.

Located in their South London office, the Intellectual Property department seek an accomplished Trade Mark Formalities specialist  to join their Global Trade Mark team.

The successful candidate will be directly assisting the Global Head of Trade Marks and rest of the team in every aspect of Trade Mark portfolio administration management. You will be specifically involved in the formalities and records relating to filing, prosecution and renewal of Trade Mark applications world-wide. The role will involve database management, records and Trade Mark searches, data management,  managing the administration supporting a team consisting  of two attorneys and paralegals in every aspect of their day.

The ideal candidate will ideally possess 2-3 years plus experience in Trade Mark administration, together with the ITMA certificate and the desire to work for an in- house team assisting in Trade Mark management of one the most revered global brands.
