Banking Associate
A leading City banking team is looking to expand with the addition of a junior to mid-level Associate who craves greater responsibility and who is looking to take their next career step.
Headquartered in the regions, the team are part of a full service national law firm with a growing presence in London. The culture is very much pulled from the regions with a hard-working and collegiate atmosphere in a laid back environment. Client contact is a key part of this role and you will need to have the confidence and ability to develop existing client relationships.
Your work will have a wide scope and include the following on behalf of corporate banks and other leading funders;
- Syndicated, bilateral and club corporate
- Leveraged finance transactions
- Real estate transactions
To be considered you will need to have between 3-6 years PQE within a recognised banking team. With it being a growing team with ambitious plans for the future, progression opportunities are limitless and are seen as a definite for this additional team member.
Due to the Partner going on annual leave, applications will only be accepted for a strict two weeks in order to allow 1st round interviews to happen before the Partner goes away.
