A highly rated Funds team are looking to further the team with the onboarding of an Associate (2-4years PQE)

Upon joining the team you will handle a range of work, including heavy weight buyout, debt and infrastructure funds. You will be a key part of the client relationship when advising on the formation, operation and restructuring of private funds. Sitting within a US law firm, the team do work hard but have excellent amount of flexibility and autonomy to get their job without unnecessary pressures. You should expect to advise sponsors, institutional investors and other market participants.

Both titles, Associate and Senior Associate are available depending on experience and success during the interview process.

Having recently strengthened the team with the recruitment of a high profile credit fund specialist, they are consistently winning impressive new clients to the firm which have put them at the centre of attention when it comes to the wider firm. The firm self-run their London office and operate with a lot of autonomy from the US, where key decisions are heavily influenced by the Lawyers in London.

The successful candidate will;

• Be between 2-4 years PQE.
• Have experience within a highly rated funds team, focusing on private funds.
• Be ambitious and looking for a position with long term prospects.
