Are you being blocked from Partnership? Have you been promised Partnership for the last few years but for whatever reason didn't quite make it?

I am working with a truly fantastic and energetic client who is looking for a number 2 to the practice. With a genuine partnership track on the table, this position is most desirable to people wanting to achieve partnership but who don't perhaps have the case to do so at their current firm. The successful individual will still need to be technically brilliant and show outstanding client skills, however, will be given a business to make their own and further develop. You will be given the materials to start building your partnership case from day one, instead of being expected to go out and generate your client relationships.

The practice is heavily focused on investment and development work, however, do cover a full range of commercial property matters. You will work closely with the Head of Real Estate who is of a very good pedigree, whilst also being the main point of contact and management for 5 other Real Estate Lawyers. The team is supported by a truly global brand which instantly builds relationships and opens doors.

To be successful, you will likely have a minimum of 8 years' experience and whilst it is not compulsory to have generated new business, you must have a proven track record of growing existing client relationships.
