THE ROLE
The need has arisen for a Senior Polish qualified IP / IT Lawyer with desired expertise in pharmaceutical issues. In this role you will not only assist your clients with general intellectual property matters, but also be involved in all aspects of advisory for variety of clients from the pharmaceutical industry (with a particular focus on regulatory, clinical trials, medical devices etc.).

THE CANDIDATE
It is expected that the ideal individual for this challenging role will have at least 5 years of experience working in a private practice / in-house position, although all candidates with demonstrable ability to fulfill the role will be considered. You will be given independence in building your own practice and therefore a high level of client skills, business development skills and commercial acumen are required. Fluency in English is a must.
