Private Equity Fund Formation, Leading US Firm NQ-3yrs

This leading US Firm has been for many years one of the pre-eminent players in the private equity market stateside. In recent years they have leveraged off that expertise, coupled with a number of higly publicised strategic hires, to build a leading private equity practice in London.

Work levels have been picking up consistently so far this year, and they have made a number of hires at the Senior Associate level. They now need to bolster their more junior ranks, and would be interested to hear from junior lawyers at the NQ-3yr mark, looking for a change. They are looking for candidates from a leading funds practice (ideally with private equity experience), and can offer a excellent quality of work, coupled with compensation at the top of the market.
