It is seeking an experienced non-contentious Corporate Tax lawyer who is used to working closely with a Corporate team that is heavily involved in Private M&A work, and is open minded on level. A Counsel/Junior Partner would work, but it is equally happy to speak with senior Tax Partners who have some portable business.
