With a national client base including Scotland we have a diverse and talented team that offers city quality advice to a portfolio of clients that include FTSE 350 companies in industries such as retail, leisure and renewables.

Our Scottish property practice is well established with a small team currently in Bristol and largely undertakes work servicing all property work which has a Scottish element (including secured lending for banks; retirement home portfolios and development projects; office relocations and the real estate aspects of projects work for premier clients).

There is a strong retail and renewables focus where Bond Pearce has developed an enviable reputation as specialists in these industries - property work includes helping large retailers develop extensive property portfolios to assisting on acquisitions of energy generating stations including wind farms, and financings.

The firm is committed to maintaining our strategy of having capability in Scotland and England/Wales and there real enthusiasm to establish a team in Aberdeen and/or strengthen the team in Bristol.

The ideal candidate would be qualified to practice in Scotland (or indeed be dual qualified) and would have real potential and gravitas to lead our Scottish practice.
