A Rise in Higher Earning Roles

Last month, data collected by the TotallyLegal team revealed a notable increase in the volume of higher paying jobs on site.

In August, legal jobs with salaries in the £100,000 - £500,000+ range all experienced an annual growth, with an average increase of 28% across these brackets.

Most notably, the number of jobs in the £150,000 - £249,999 range increased by 6% month on month and 46% year on year, whilst jobs in the top bracket (£500,000+) went up by 18% month on month and 34% year on year.

This trend, along with the annual rise in volume of senior jobs such as General Counsel (+144%), Company Secretary (+56%) and Partner (+52%), means that now could be the perfect time to find your next position in a higher salary band.
