Property is Prospering

Last month, our inventory report showed a significant increase in the number of live jobs in the Property sector.

Live jobs in Housing went up by a huge 346% year on year. Though not as dramatic, there was also a considerable shift in the live jobs in the Property and Planning and Property Litigation sectors, which increased by 40% and 27% respectively.

There was also a significant month on month increase in the number of live jobs in the Residential Property / Conveyancing sector, with the APV rate increasing by 17% since December.

Our CV Search reports also signified this trend. In all searches made by employers, Property Litigation and Conveyancer searches were up by 200% and 40% respectively year on year.

It appears as if demand for legal specialists in the property market remains healthy despite concerns surrounding Brexit.
