Jarring with the theme of International Women's Day is our finding that the gender pay gap in legal did not change between 2018 and 2019, remaining 11% above the national average at 28%.
Our Audience Insight Report revealed that the gender pay gap in the legal profession rose by 2% to 28% in 2018, despite the UK average gender pay gap dropping 1% to 18% in the same period.
