An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a personable and pro-active individual to play a key role in the team at our expanding practice based in Central London.

We are seeking a full-time Office Manager with experience of working within a law firm or professional service who should be able to demonstrate excellent supervisory skills and the ability to organise a busy and varied team of fee earners. It will be the Office Manager’s responsibility to ensure that the office runs as efficiently as possible.

The firm’s existing administrative team, comprising two office assistants, is currently managed by the Directors. The Office Manager will be asked to take on this responsibility and bring their prior experience to help streamline the firm's internal processes, take on primary responsibility for the office administration and support all fee earners in the continued success of the business.

The role is varied and so we are looking for a candidate who can adapt to the needs of the organisation with enthusiasm and drive.

Reporting directly to the Directors, this is a great opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic and skilled Office Manager to take on a role that they can make their own.
