A Corporate Associate is required for a rewarding opportunity with a global law firm. The role will be based in Singapore and offers an excellent salary and benefits package.

You will be joining my client's Corporate team during a period of growth and play an integral part in developing their South East Asian Corporate practice. The team has a wealth of experience with many Lawyers being dual qualified and capable linguists (local languages) thus the department works in many jurisdictions. You will advise both corporations and governments on a broad range of Corporate & Commercial transactions and deals (complex cross-border Joint Ventures, Acquisitions & Disposals, Business Reorganisations, Business Establishment, Licensing, Regulatory and Commercial deals). Working closely with Partners you will be drafting documentation, advice and correspondence.

Be assured that on receipt of your CV your academics will be scrutinised to ensure you have a Singapore law qualification and a minimum of 5 years PQE and because of this level of PQE you will naturally be expected to Supervise the less experienced members of the team. Only experienced Corporate Lawyers need apply.
