Real Estate Associate, 5-8 PQE - Gatwick
Our client, a reputable and innovative national firm, is looking to hire an associate to join their Gatwick-based Real Estate practice.
The role will involve advising landlords, tenants, investors and banks on issues including sales, purchases, new leases, lease renewals and licences to assign and alter. You will be responsible for your caseload of work and own fee targets, as well as getting involved in business development initiatives to win new clients and develop existing relationships.
The successful candidate will have significant experience in a comparable real estate practice, as well as a good academic record. They will have a commercial and pragmatic approach to their advice and negotiations, with experience of managing and developing client relationships. In addition to this, they will be able to supervise more junior fee earners, delegating tasks and supporting partners as appropriate.
