The Role
To manage a caseload of approx. 350 files comprising of ULR (uninsured loss recovery), low level injury, corporate claims and hire issues, these are small claims and some may border Fast Track. The successful candidate will litigate in the small claims court and possibly fast track where appropriate.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will demonstrate a commercial awareness and be proactive in the approach to work, you will demonstrate an understanding and practical knowledge of ULR, low level claims and company claims.
