Finance - Derivatives and Structured Products - Derivatives - 1-3 pqe - London

Our client is a top international firm with an established, innovative derivatives practice. They seek a mid level derivatives and structured products finance lawyer to advise on OTC and securitised derivatives, and SPV-based complex structured finance transactions.

You will have 1-3 years post qualification experience across the full range of derivative asset classes and/or securitised products gained from a top international firm or in house. Candidates are particularly sought with specialist experience in matters including the full range of derivative asset classes and/or securitised products such as repackagings, CLNs CDOs (both cash and synthetic), synthetic securitisations, insurance products, exchange-traded commodity products (ETCs), investment funds and bespoke financings of financial assets or derivatives using special purpose vehicles (SPVs), as well as stock lending, repo, prime brokerage and collateral management documentation. We are also interested in candidates with experience advising on regulatory aspects of the derivatives market, such as the application of EMIR and clearing and marketing structured products to retail.
