Structured Finance and Securitisation PSL

A leading silver circle firm has instructed LAW Absolute on a  position for a Professional Support Lawyer within their Structured Debt and Securities group. The firm is looking for a lawyer who is technically strong and able to support the fee-earners within the team.

The firm has a strong reputation over numerous sectors. In recent years, the firm has gone from strength to strength and have made numerous lateral hires in order to meet demand for their services. The structured ddebt and securities in particular are growing in response to the sheer volume of work they have generated. They require the assistance of a Professional Support Lawyer to meet this demand, with the benefit of direct partner contact.

The role would require the successful PSL to communicate and assist fee earners on the technical aspects of the law in the structured debt and securitisation space. Given the scope of the role is quite broad, the successful candidate would need to have warranty experience, knowledge of project bonds (deals requiring the use of capital market products) and asset side experience.
