My client is seeking to bolster their Litigation practice with the hire of an IP Litigation Solicitor.

This opportunity would suit a frustrated top tier lawyer who is looking to push forward their career or a regional solicitor looking to make the step up.

The role can offer genuine autonomy and you will be actively encouraged to help develop the existing client base.

The successful IP Litigator will experience working on a contentious IP workload whilst enjoying client interaction from the outset.

There is also an existing and busy litigation caseload that you can get involved with which consists of:

• Commercial contracts disputes
• Warranty disputes
• Insolvency
• Shareholder disputes,

You would be working closely with two senior partners who will be committed to helping develop your career (including a clear progression plan) and helping develop your career base.

Profile

This opportunity will suit an IP Litigation Solicitor who would enjoy working in an autonomous team dedicated to providing commercial and pragmatic advice to clients.

Due to the nature of the role and the requirement to operate autonomously the successful IP Litigation Solicitor will:

• Have at least 3 years' PQE (applications from lower PQE's will be considered)
• Be able to demonstrate a genuine handle of IP matters and have gained experience to an IP workload either in Private Practice or In House
• Be able to work autonomously
• You will be based in the Birmingham area.
